First night, I told J that she could have whatever meal she wanted! She chose to have pork! So I made a grilled pork loin with a pesto rub, grilled peaches, and grilled zucchini couscous. Yum!
Good thing Rob was off from work, otherwise he would have missed the Coors Brewery tour!
Brew house! No, they are not on their cell phones, that is the self-guided tour!
Free tour, free fresh sample, and three free beers!!! What could be better?
Of course, a snack from the vending machine! (Not!)
We did not plan on both wearing our Clemson shirts...
The Coors Brewery was in Golden Colorado... fortunately for us they were having a block party! Rock on!
Surprise, surprise! J and I headed down to the LOE... to visit with some very special people! We headed down to surprise Dr. J for his Birthday!!!
